Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to solve a simple coding challenge (probably from the book CTCI)
Aptitude test on questions unrelated to the role , the test revolves around decision making and patterns, after assessment if you score above the minimum requirement for the role you can proceed with the the next phase
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Crossover for Work in Mar 2024
Interview
I had to answer 50 questions in 15 minutes and score 85% or above just to be considered for the next step, which is ridiculous for a dev position. Scoring 50% would be more sense. Anything more is considered an abuse.
This process probably filters out a lot of great developers, since to reach 85%, a person would have to be extremely good at logic or (most likely) guess/cheat.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Cairo, Cairo Governorate) in June 2023
