I applied online. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Madrid) in June 2020
Interview
I failed a 15 minutes test and got turned down. I think the test should be more varied in what it evaluates. Maybe a more varied test that evaluates each of the aspects of the original test by separate (analytical. math, etc) would be better to assess the candidate's strengths and weaknesses
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work
Interview
The assessment process is discriminating against people with disabilities, specifically neurodiverse such as dyscalula. The assessment says you can't use a calculator.
I asked for a reasonable adjustment / accommodation for this as it doesn't impact one role but all roles they advertise.
After nearly 4 weeks I finally get a response saying they are refusing to allow assistive technology, a calculator in this case, when this is a protected right in both the American with Disabilities Act and the Equality Act 2010.
If you are thinking of using this organisation to find staff stay well clear unless you want to purposely discriminate and risk a lawsuit because of this.
