I had a very professional interview where the interviewer asked very relevant questions regarding my background and previous experience relevant to the role I applied for. My interview had competency-based questions too. The interviewer was very attentive and respectful of my time

Question 1
Why do you want to join this company?
Tell me about a big decision you've made recently.
Give an example of a time you handled conflict in the workplace.
The process included many steps and different tests. They are strict and require preparation, especially the psychometric testing part. Highly recommend training beforehand - trying out for the first time won't get you far.

Question 1
Psychometric testing included math problems, logical and verbal problems.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (Buenos Aires) in Aug 2023
Interview
Very robotic. Approved the first test (cognitive) and then disapproved the second one (English test). I didn't press the button properly to record and so my exercise wasn't saved. Got a "blank" submission. Tried to apply again and no luck. There was nobody I could communicate with. No human interaction.

No questions. Just exercises (cognitive, language, aptitude).
I applied online. I interviewed at Crossover for Work in July 2022
Interview
Interviewed a total of three times.
First with a Director, then VP, then President of the company.
Passed all the tests, cognitive, english and all the cases. Contrary to the information on the site, they take awful long times getting back to you. Ultimately the final interview with president, said he would look into brining me onto the team. Two weeks later, I am notified that they gave the position to someone else, and would keep me on hold.
