There are multiple steps that are completed online in the form of assessments. Most of them are timed or have a specific amount of prep time allowed between getting the questions and submitting the response.

Describe a time when you had to balance competing priorities from stakeholders across various departments.

Interview
Some garbage combination of visual IQ tests with simple arithmetic problems which you are supposed to be solving in split-second each, without much looking or reading I guess. I'm not a native English speaker, so go figure how relevant are questions involving some inter-relationships of rarely used words.
Got a message in the end saying "you didn't pass, but you were close, so go try again" (submitted 35 or so answers out of 50 within time allotted).
At this point, closed the browser tab and went straight here to write this. No reason to proceed with these folks.

Online "Cognitive aptitude" test. Visual objects (find a mismatch, fill the missing slot), fill in words in some sentences, choose pair of words related to each other in the same way as words in displayed sample, do some arithmetic

Got an email from Craig Chisholm, executive recruiter. On scheduled date and at scheduled time...he didn't show up. Very classy...Not! Oh, and their website shows salary as $800k, but when you dig in, the job says $200k. Says a lot about the whole company. Wouldn't recommend.
