I interviewed at Crossover for Work (North Charleston, SC)
Interview
Very difficult, they have three rounds, technical round is hard to crack, CCAT is the worst, they want machines not human. Salary is way less than compare to the work taken from the employees
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Crossover for Work in June 2022
Interview
Condescending approach to hiring. They claim their IQ tests get them the smartest hires. So since I scored a 66% on the IQ test, I am stupid right? I hated the test, it was like a super rushed SAT. After failing and seeing I can retry the test, I looked at the process and realized they make you do 4 assessments before you get to interview with anyone. Why would I do all of this if I havent even talked with a human yet? They approached me through Indeed/Dice and it was always their brand "talking" to me and never a human. Super wack. I am happy I failed the test because this company looks like a nightmare, and its other glassdoor employee reviews definitely show that the companty sucks to work for. Best of luck to those who go work for this company. Seems toxic.
