This is probably one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. The hiring manager rescheduled three times with no communication. Once was a week out, the other was a day out. On the third attempt to reschedule, I told the hiring manager that I wasn't going to proceed. The whole testing portion of this company is peculiar, too. I've passed a few times, but this is the first time I'd made it to the interview stage. I think I dodged a bullet.

The testing portion asks a lot of logic questions. It seems like an IQ test.

Applied via LinkedIn and received an auto-generated follow-up email within 24 hours. The email describes various testing to complete before even being considered for the next step. While I understand the reasoning behind a company implementing assessments to assist the recruitment process, it's currently a candidates market and a candidate should not be expected to spend a copious amount of time testing before even speaking to someone to determine if the role is a good fit. Working in the recruitment space for years, I'd suggest looking at/revamping the hiring process to align with candidate desires.

After applying, you receive an email with a link to complete the application on their portal. The first part contains some questions on your past experience to make sure your profile fits their vacancy. Then you move to a CCAT test with 50 questions in 15 minutes. You need to score 80% of correct answers to pass. Then you have an interview with the recruiter and afterwards with the hire manager
