Very thorough but great church. Asked good questions, but make sure you are prepared to grow and be stretched because you will be. High expectations for staff and residents, but very rewarding.

Casual, but thorough. Asked relational questions more than growth questions. There were a couple times when interviewer was late for one reason or another. Probably a part of the laid back culture. It seems that culture fit is more important than capacity, competency, or experience.
