I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Crossroads (Ringgold, GA) in May 2015
Interview
Interview time was early in the morning- 6am on Friday morning. I thought it was going to be 1:1, but was actually about 6-8 people. Although it was my first group interview and I was nervous, the structure was somewhat informal. Each person asked questions with 1-2 taking lead. After some time, it became conversational once I was able to ask them questions. I also had to complete a brief case study reading through an assessment, creating a problems list and mini tx. plan.

Question 1
Why are you changing treatment modalities? Do you have any bias considering you are going from an abstinence-based program to medication-assisted treatment?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Crossroads (Charleston, SC) in Aug 2017
Interview
I interviewed in August with the Program Director. It was done in the afternoon after the workday. Their hours are 5am-10am. The questions were fairly easy and she was very pleasant. Everything seemed to be going good and I was told I would receive a response within two weeks. After the two weeks, I was told the company was looking for grant money and I would be notified when the grant was placed so I could receive an offer. This should have been my warning sign. After months of seeing the job still posted on other sites and no offer, I reached out to them again for closure. The Program Director I interviewed with had gone to another location and the position was closed. I actually talked to one of the employees who told me that they were just collecting resumes since people were leaving by next year (JAN 2018). For all the pleasantries, the overall experience felt like a waste of time. Why would you collect resumes, give interviews, and potentially offer employment to then only ghost people?
