Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I think the question I was being asked was "How would you manage workers who are making minimum wage?"- Instead of that question being asked, I was asked "How would you manage these people? They don't care about work with they really don't want to be here, they are just looking for that next hand out",
I applied online. I interviewed at Crothall Healthcare (Portland, OR) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had multiple phone interviews for this position. I spoke first with the HR screener. Then I spoke with the Regional Director who was very easy to interview with. Since I was already working at a Crothall account, I had meetings with the Director as well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crothall Healthcare (The Woodlands, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
There was a phone interview first. I came in and talked with the director and the assistant director for awhile about my management style and they gave me a few specific questions about what I would do in certain situations. Common management issues like "what would you do if you saw someone on break at the wrong time?" or "how would you deal with someone who was late to work frequently?"

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Crothall Healthcare (Birmingham, AL) in Apr 2016
Interview
After being introduced to the management team and a few of the associates, I was taken on a tour of the facility with the Assistant Director, who was nothing short of friendly. It took about 2 hours to complete the tour. Afterwards, we had coffee and chatted very casually for a bit about myself and my goals. Then, we met the Director for the official interview, which took about an hour.
