I completed every interview and reached the final stage, but then—silence. No offer, no rejection, no feedback. Just ghosted, left wondering what went wrong without any closure. It is bad.

The interview(s) consisted of an initial screen, an interview with the hiring manager, then an interview with the team lead and a senior developer, then finally a large group interview with the team.

I am unable to discuss due to the NDA (for an interview?) but needless to say, the same questions were asked over and over again by every disparate group I spoke to.
