Unfortunately, I did not make the interview as I had medium accuracy in the assessment. The process seems quite straightforward after being contacted by the recruiter, who was friendly and provided enough details about the role and pay.

The recruitment procedure follows a standard multi-level interview process. It begins with an initial call, during which the candidate is briefed about the upcoming steps of the interview process. This introductory phase serves as a platform for setting expectations and answering preliminary queries. Following this, a series of increasingly technical discussions are scheduled. These discussions are structured to progressively evaluate the candidate's expertise, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge.

Had a 30 minute call with a recruiter after submitting my resume online. Typical discussion with a recruiter. She told me that she would forward my resume on and would be in touch with me the next day with next steps. I never heard from her again. It’s perfectly fine if I wasn’t a good fit, but ghosting candidates is just a bad look and incredibly unprofessional. Looks like I dodged a bullet with this one.
