Crowdbotics interview questions

Disorganized. Very communicative at the start. Went through all their rounds, seemingly well. Then radio silence waiting for an offer. Eventually got a response having to follow up myself, and was strung along for 4 weeks when they were told I had other offers and was trying to make a decision and they just kept says (after 48hr delays) "a decision is coming this week!" until they finally stopped replying. The interviews are unstructured, they ask bizarre questions to a senior leader, one of the interviews no-showed, and I smelled loads of cultural and business red-flags that started to make a lot of sense once they strung me along and ghosted me

The interview process was lengthy. There was a screener interview, interview with the hiring manager, a panel interview which was 4 separate interviews one after the other on the same day and a final interview with 6ish people where you shared the requested homework assignment. The assignment was quite vague and didn't make a lot of sense. They knew I had another offer and that I had a hard deadline for a decision. They didn't get back to me by the agreed deadline. When they did get back to me (after 7 interviews in total and 4 hrs on homework) I was rejected with the kind of cold email you would get when you first apply, no feedback.
