Sent email to HR department. Took a few days for them to call me to respond back. Interview was arranged few weeks later.
Interview
1) Pick 1 question out of 7 questions and write a short essay (around 200 words)
2) This is a group interview where you are given a case study.
3) One on one presentation on the topic you wrote just now / any other topic you would like to talk about. There are few other group presenting at the same time too, so you have to be loud and capture your interviewer's focus and attention.
Took a few days for them to reply back on the acceptance.

Question 1
Case study. Everyone will have to analyze and discuss together. In the end, the group have to conclude with the final answer. The interviewer will be at the side watching and listening to the group discussion.

Interview
The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.
