I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Oak Brook, IL) in July 2010
Interview
Received an offer to interview through the career website at school. Went in for the on campus interviews and had 2 behavioral. Invited for an office visit which consisted of a discussion, not really a true interview, and a lot of presentations about the firm. Rather easy and laid back. Was surprised there was no technical interview as every other company I worked for had one. Seemed more focused on whether you would "be fun" to work with rather than your skill level.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Not school, not background, but you. What makes you you?
I applied through university. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2026
Interview
The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.

Question 1
Explain a difficult concept to someone who is not technical
It began with a screening process with a recruiter, then a 20-30 minute interview with a partner. The interview was pretty laid back and more conversational. My entire interview process was virtual.
