Crowley Webb interview questions

I met with the creative director and the director of digital strategy. First the creative director came into the conference room to interview me and sat facing the wall the entire time he spoke to me and asked for writing samples even though I was not told to bring any in prior to the interview. I then met with the director of digital strategy and was asked some arbitrary questions. It seemed as if they were unprepared and had already made up their mind prior to the interview.

I was interviewed over the phone and then brought in for an in-person interview with the CEO. We just chatted, went over my resume. Very big on resumes and looks for errors so make sure your resume is spotless before going in.
