First you will be contacted from a recruiter and asked several questions about your resume and what skills you could bring to the table. If they feel you are qualified, the coordinator will contact you for and interview which will consist of technical and behavioral questions. Also questions about your resume and other interests will be asked. If the interview goes well you will be contacted by someone from HR department to set up a 3rd interview with the team for the position to see how your personality is. If that interview goes well, you will be asked to join the team.
