I applied online. I interviewed at Crown Castle in July 2016
Interview
It's a long process that took almost 2 months. The panel interview is challenging, and they are behavioral questions. You will not be asked about your qualifications if you make it to the panel. If the panel does not like your answer, then you will not be getting a job offer. When the panel asks you questions they are looking for honest answers, not the BS run around where you make negative into a positive.
Long interview process. Questions were heavily focused on finance and telecommunications experience. Went through about three rounds of interviews: one phone, one Zoom. And one panel interview. Relatively easy interview process.

Question 1
Was there a time when you worked with little or no direction? (How were you able to get the job done?)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crown Castle (Canonsburg, PA) in Nov 2023
Interview
After I submitted the requested resume on line I was contacted by a third party interview staff who confirmed the details within my submitted resume. It was then that the position was incorrectly posted for another location.
The interview process was simple yet took a long time to go through. The hiring team was nice and they tried their best to make it friendly. The interview itself was average and questions asked were generic.
