Experience is roughly 4-5 hours, coke into crown shy and you’ll get in torrid iced, then brought up to saga where you observed some parts of service and try the first two courses, then you observed some service at crown shy and try a couple dishes downstairs. After this they have you do… something with food, either making a French omelette in a stainless pan, make a dish using a cut of fish or something like that.
