They have outsourced their HR recruiter screening to a company called K1 Operations. These guys are extremely irresponsible, will schedule calls with you and forget about it themselves. Will tell you they will schedule meetings with the hiring managers but never respond to your update emails on this after weeks also. If you get calls from K1 Operations for an interview, do not bank on them. This experience spoiled my desire to work CrownPeak. After 10 years of industry experience,one can judge a company's professionalism by its HR. This cannot be an exciting place to work.
