There is a thorough vetting process, getting into the details of your relationship with Christ. I appreciate the different aspects of your health: stewardship of your body, living by convictions, and seeking out an ongoing relationship with God. It was a good opportunity to remind myself of why I was choosing to step into ministry. It was also helpful to interview face to face.
