The application is extensive and covers pretty much every area of your life: your theological beliefs, finances, previous ministry experience, health, your desired ministry assignment and location, etc. It covers everything. It required four references, I believe, in various categories. Because the application is so extensive, the interview itself felt rather calm from what I remember.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Cru
Interview
Lengthy application process then a short phone interview to go over the answers you put in the application. The interview was pretty chill but the application was about 80 extended response questions long. The whole process takes about 5 months which made it hard to plan for.
