I'm sure it is a lot polished now, but at the time of my interviews the company was just being set up (branching off from parent company CrucialTec of optical trackpad fame), so the process seemed a bit haphazard. The company's position (+ expectancy from candidates) seemed quite different between the first team manager interview (which was along the lines of what the recruiter had told me) and the second 'group' interview with an executive. (of which the fact that it was a group interview was not disclosed to me or other candidates there, and also the expectancy of the executive was vastly different from what was relayed by the recruiter)
