Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cruise (San Francisco, CA) in July 2019
Interview
My experience starting with recruiting and all the way up through negotiations and accepting the offer was great. I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager before moving to on-site interviews. Everyone was nice and professional throughout the whole process, and they all got me excited about the kind of work Cruise is doing and how I can make an impact. :)

Question 1
Given an environment in which multiple identity providers and directories exist, which do you pick as the source of truth? Why?
Smooth, transparent, and friendly. The team that interviewed me appeared genuine interested in onboarding the best talent, and was a blast to chat with during the interviews. Ultimately, this was the best interview I've had in years.

Question 1
I was asked to walk through the thought process of working with a new API I've never seen before. I was presented an actual API, and was asked to free-form pseudocode a call to it.
