Screening Call, Hiring Manager Google Meet, Team Panel Interview via Google Meet. The recruiter did a great job of keeping me informed during the process. The team showed their enthusiasm for their work but did not sugar coat the work involved. It's a fast-paced start-up doing impactful and challenging work. I appreciate the transparency from the team on the challenges that the individual in the role would face. While I made it to the last round, I was ultimately not offered the role. However, the recruiter did call me to let me know which I appreciate being told instead of ghosted as many other companies do.
