Went through a phase with HR via Phone, phone with IT manager, phone with another IT Manager, inhouse with IT Manager. From initial contact to offer was about a 5-6 week process. About a week in between each phase. Guess they just did their due diligence with each candidate.

General IT related questions. SCCM, exchange, IIS, VMWare, netapp, they drilled into some generic Insurance questions, and supporting multiple sites across the country.
