I had a screen call with the recruiter, she was polite and explained me everything clearly. Then, I had my second screen call with the manager, and it was the most uncomfortable interview in my life, he seemed to be in a hurry, he asked something and he didn’t allowed me to finish interrupting me and saying “that’s not relevant” making me feel like a fool. In the end, I'm happy I was rejected, as I wouldn't have liked to belong to a company with that horrible culture.

I provided thoughtful responses, and the interviewers seemed satisfied, but the outcome didn’t reflect that. It felt like a complete waste of time. In my opinion, the company’s interview process lacks a proper framework to evaluate senior-level developers. They tend to ask overly simplistic or open-ended questions that don’t truly assess real-world problem-solving or architectural thinking. I’d recommend other candidates to consider investing their time elsewhere.
