I genuinely and wholeheartedly cannot recommend anyone apply here. I was excited about the prospect of working for a company I loved, marketing a service I have been a user of for years, and I put up with a lot of less-than-acceptable interviewing behavior as a result of my opinion of the company. Interviewers no-showed, almost every single schedule or deadline that they set for themselves was missed, communication fell off regularly. The process was drawn out for over TWO months for a coordinator level position. Upon reaching the final step, I had a panel interview where I had to sit and listen to people who clearly hadn’t read my resume berate and downplay my qualifications and experiences (I was more than qualified for the role). After all this time, and after being promised feedback, I was given a generic canned “the team decided to move forward with a different candidate” email. This process has severely tainted my opinion of the company as a whole, and I feel that I probably dodged a bullet if this is how dysfunctional the actual day-to-day work is.
