      Corporate Security Engineer Interview

      2 July 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Crusoe

      Interview

6 rounds: Recruiter screen > IT director > Technical interview 1 > Technical interview 2 > Behavioral > Hiring Manager. One of the most disorganized processes I have ever experienced where interviewers showed up with 0 knowledge about the position and asked mostly irrelevant to the role questions except the final interview with the hiring manager. Was not surprised about "miss understanding" in the middle of the process and a rejection with a very vague feedback after the final round. The recruiter was nice though and kept me updated on every stage.
