The initial interview was a half-hour screening with an HR representative (who is under the umbrella of Art + Wellness enterprises). Every interaction I had with HR (through Jason Hudson) was extremely professional, warm, helpful, and informative. The second interview was a half-hour screening with the department's specific hiring manager, the third a one-hour interview with members of the department team, the fourth was a written interview to keep the process on track when members of the team were sick, and finally I flew to have an in-person interview, which was a one-hour slide presentation and Q&A (a format specific to the needs of the team and the hiring manager).
