Applied online and got a response within a week about meeting in person for an interview at their office (no phone interview first). Met with two different people, and it seemed to go well. Followed up the next day via email with both people I met with. No response. Emailed one of the people a second time. No response. Later found out they'd re-listed the position online under a completely different job title but basically the same responsibilities. No explanation. Seems like they didn't know what they were looking for.
