Crystal Quest interview questions

I was called into the office to interview in person, no phone screen beforehand. I was a little taken aback to be require to fill out a paper job application before the HR rep would talk to me (emailing it before the interview so candidates could fill it out beforehand would save a lot of time). The conversation was average. The company seems nice, but I wasn't really sure what else to think.
