Step 1 take the test which contained three parts, first is translate one short English paragraph into Chines, second part, write both in Chinese/English memo, third part is typing test. Also, have a math test, there are seven questions, and a bit hard for me, because it is high school math, I already graduated for a long time.
Step 2 Interview with the junior HR people, they are pretty nice and friendly, and then will speak with the department of HR manager.
Step 3 If they are interested in you, thy would contact you very soon to have the third interview, and talk you more about this position, and ask you whether or not accept this offer.
The interview questions will be based on some situational questions, and remember it is a manufacturing company.....
**Suggestion: if you just graduated from college, accumulating your professional working experience is more important than your compensation package. Don't think the company is exploiting you, ask for new member go working on Saturday while in probation period, or giving you very less vacations or no good benefits compared to other company. Your attitude is crucial and show them you really eager to learn new thing and be thankful they give your the opportunity.
