Interview
You will need to pass a logical exam (not at all related to role you are applying for) before they even interview you. Even if you have very good credentials and work experience, the HR and management will not consider it if you fall short of the exam passing rate.

Applied online and got interviewed twice by two head managers. I was told that it was going to be two interviews then low and behold there was going to be a third in-person one. Afterwards was told that I would be contacted a few weeks later for a decision but it’s been almost 7 weeks since I heard anyone with a decision! I had contacted someone who initially invited me to interview but now their email is no longer active and I found on their LinkedIn they left the company. No transparency, no updates, nothing. Thanks for wasting my time
