applied online, then got a call to schedule an in-person interview, the interview was not very technical, questions were very general mostly just to get to know you and to evaluate your language skills and how you present yourself

introduce yourself have you had any training experience before which bank departments are you interested in working at
was hr and easy one and took 40 minutes a group interview and was easy in english didnt find difficulty in it and we filled a fourm consist of sum questions

I colloqui erano più conoscitivi/motivazionali che tecnici. Io ho fatto in totale 3 colloqui tutti e tre motivazionali escludendo il primo conoscitivo in un evento universitario. Le domande erano per lo più relative alla scelta della posizione e della banca e atti ad individuare una conoscenza dei valori aziendali perseguiti

I completed 5 or 6 rounds of interviews. No technical questions that I remember, mostly behavioral. Some were one on one and some had panels of interviewers as you got into the later stages.
