Professional and technical exam related to financial knowledge and economics and banking services, there was a formal dress code and every employee was in the right code. They asked about salary expectations and the salary was average. It was a full time job and on site in Egypt.

1st we had a phone call to get to know each other. Then we fixed a physical interview to know if my profile was matching the attends to the company and the being able to realized the missions.

Ci sono stati tre colloqui, il primo conviene fatto con il responsabile RH a livello regionale, dopo di che se l'esito è positivo viene fatto un secondo colloquio a livello delle direzione centralre della capegruppo a Parma via Skype e il terzo nella stessa sede del primo.
