Tough, but fair. Be ready for hard questions, be prepared for the interview. Research the company. Starts as phone screen, then interview with VP, President, CRO, CEO, Peer Interviews, and a sales simulation.

You are required to do a sales sim, and a peer interview. They give feedback internally and make a group decision. Make sure you treat your new potential colleagues with the same respect and engagement you would the senior leadership there.
