NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!!!
I had a brief 15-min phone interview then was called in for an in-person interview. I had to create a "client" presentation and pitch it to the hiring manager and COO.
The COO was unbelievably rude, it was absurd! From the moment he walked in the room, he spent the entire interview looking like he didn't want to be there, playing around on his phone, being condescending with his back turned to me.
My advice to management - if you ask candidates to spend TIME preparing presentations for interviews, take the time to listen to them and if you don't want to be there, leave hiring to others. Being humble and polite is still a virtue.

Interview
I had a brief phone interview about my past experience and was invited to the NYC office about a week later to give a presentation. At their NYC office (WeWork) I spoke to the hiring Manager, The COO, and 3 members of the Customer Success Team, including the VP of Customer Success.
After speaking to each individually for 5 or so minutes I gave my presentation to 3 members of the Customer Success team. The interview overall was fairly relaxed, aside for the COO who asked a few more technical questions about my experience with data and research. Overall I only had two interviews, the phone interview and an in-person presentation and 1 on 1 with team members. Everyone on the team seemed geniuniely intersted in getting to know more about me and if I would be a good fit for the company culture.
