The first interview went very smooth, with very general questions about my experience and motivations. I was then required to do a written test which consisted of writing a short and easy-to-read report based on a piece of news shared by them, and to complete a benchmark of a specific topic for a specific country. Feedback was other competitors did better and therefore I was not selected.
