Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education interview questions

The initial meeting was with a regional intake professional over the phone. This interview focused on getting an overview of my experience and education as well as my guiding values and ethics. I was immediately offered the option of a second interview. The second interview took place a week later wherein the clinical manager sat down with me in a one-on-one interview to further get to know my guiding principles when working with children. This interview was scheduled to be an hour long but, the conversation was so invigorating that we ended up sitting there an additional 30 minutes. I was immediately offered a position with the option to join the apprenticeship program when the next cohort started. I was thrilled to accept, and it continues to be one of the best decisions I've ever made professionally.
