Primeira etapa é uma avaliação geral com RH, normalmente em grupo. Para a segunda etapa existe uma prova de aula, usando material da própria Cultura, normalmente também em grupos (3-4 pessoas). Durante essa prova de aula, existe um período de cerca de 20 minuto para preparação. Os outros candidatos participam se passando por alunos.
