One interview, very friendly interviewer. Seemed more interested in determine whether or not I fit the culture than the role. Gave me a good overview of the company and culture.

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Culture Partners (New York, NY)
Interview
Interviewed with the VP of Ops, with who I felt I had built a great rapport. I very much enjoyed our conversations outside of the interview questions. However, the interview seemed a bit rushed and it was difficult because she would jump into random vague questions out of nowhere. Vague questions are expected, of course, but I just felt a bit like I was being "tricked" into saying the wrong answer. She didn't even ask that much about my background... overall, just disappointed because it seems like such a great company, but I don't feel that I was given the fairest chance at the opportunity. I understand that she felt I didn't have enough experience, which is totally fair, but I wish I had more of an opportunity to showcase that experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Culture Partners (Temecula, CA) in July 2017
Interview
Met with a panel interview. They asked pretty standard questions for an interview. There was only 1 round of interviews with key stakeholders within the company. I had to wait a few weeks before an offer was made.
