I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Culver Capital Group (Culver City, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
You sit outside an office that is conveniently sharing a building with a bank to further the image of a respectable financial company. When called in you may go through 1-4 interviews with anyone ranging from the HR 'Director' of the month to the CEO Tommy boy. Questions will probably be the same as mostly they want to see if you can handle pressure and weren't scared off by the literal 'bullpen' of college grads.
