I was contacted by phone by Department Head and asked a series of questions about my experience and skills . She was very friendly . I then was contacted for an in person interview with owner and immediate supervisor. We met in office where the details of position and my experience were reviewed . I also met with current employees in a very comfortable and relaxed meeting that in the end was a very nice experience.
