good process and nice management. the interview wasnt hard. first i had aa phone screening, first interview with two trust officers, then second interview was w VP management officer people.
Initial interview with HR manager followed by meeting with department head. That meeting is followed by another phone meeting with HR. At that point HR asks if there are any other questions or discussion points to cover.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cumberland Trust (Nashville, TN) in May 2014
Interview
Met with the President and VP. Very nice people. Not an intensive interview process. They called me in through a mutual friend, although they are very open to interviewing anyone with a solid background. They pretty much wanted to make sure that I was a good person with a good personality and not afraid to take on multiple tasks.
