Curaleaf Sales Associate interview questions

A phone screening where you introduce yourself and hear about the company from the store manager then an in person interview with a store manager and lead. Then follows fingerprinting, and then orientation zoom meeting on your first day.

Thought I had an awesome interview. But no offer. Just a I'll let you know in 3 weeks. Sad hope to hear from them. For it to have gone so well makes me think did I do something wrong. Ugh!!!
