There are 2 interviews, one with Recruiter and Managers and another with a higher up. Both interviews are very easygoing. Nothing too major is asked. There is a credit check done for employment.

They do a quick phone interview, which just asks basic questions. Then the in-person interview goes over interviewee's previous experience, possible schedule, and then there's an easy math worksheet. Simple adding/subtracting, and calculating exchange rates.
