This company had me do an initial phone interview that went well and they sent me a project to complete to see my abilities. After completing the project they had me do another phone interview to discuss the project. They asked me to then come in for an in-person interview which was almost three hours long and ended with them asking when I could start. I then received an email that the position wasn’t right for me. When I reached out and asked for further information I never received a response.
