      Marketing Interview

      13 Dec 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Curriculum Associates (New York, NY)

      Interview

Multiple interviews, nice people but several (including managers) actually refused to answer questions because I could "learn that on the job easily". Initial call screen, 2 phone interviews, 4 in-person interviews, a Skype interview. During all of them, everyone talked about how we'd work together soon, and made me out to be their preferred candidate and told me I'd hear back immediately. I did - and I was informed by their automatic no-reply system I was being rejected and they'd chosen someone else whose experience was better. The job was posted again an hour later. 8 interviews wasted for a canned rejection. 🤦
