First interview over teams, second in person. Lovely company, lovely people. Very friendly and kind, put at ease, interview very professional asked many questions from a HR form but nothing too hard. A lot of benefits, for personal reasons I couldn’t accept the job however if an opportunity arose to interview for this company again I would.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Curtins (Leeds, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Ok not bad. General experience discussion, casual and in depth. Discussed about career progression, benefits. Opportunities, skills needed, professional qualifications and academic qualifications also discussed. Generally good vibe, not too stressful.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Curtins (Liverpool, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
I was approached by someone from the HR team on LinkedIn to gauge my interest in this vacancy, as I was displaying the 'open for work' banner on my profile. After a short correspondence, I shared my CV and outlined the role I was looking for. It seemed like it could be a match. So in the first round I was invited for an informal interview online with the L&D director. That went well, so I got invited for a formal interview in person, that involved preparing a practical task to showcase my digital skills.
