Interview
Video conference. Very short and to the point. Asked scenario questions as well as past employment questions. They used the STAR method. I was also asked about the company and why I wanted to work there.
Call to set it up. over zoom. was with an HR recruiter and someone high up in the structural department. It was an open conversation and just talked about what my goals where and if they aliened with the company.
